Dr. Jean Ibric, M.D.

Board Certified Family Practice

Doctor Jean Ibric attended the University of Arizona in Tucson where she received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and went on to receive her Medical Degree at The Medical College in Tucson. She completed a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sinai Samaritan Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Ibric established her first practice in Hartford, WI.  She updated Clinic and Hospital facilities, equipment and procedures, and was involved in the recruitment of additional Ob/Gyn physicians. In 2002 Dr. Ibric concluded a Mini-fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Jean and her husband Rudy moved to Summit in 2004 with their four sons. After completing a second Residency in Family Practice in 2005, she integrated new skills as a Primary Care Physician with her previous specialty training and experience in Women’s Health Care.

Dr. Ibric has a strong commitment to patient and community wellness, preventive medicine, and addiction treatment. She has been providing Family Medicine, quality, affordable, Direct Primary Care, Concierge Services and urgent care to patients in clinics and local businesses.

Dr. Ibric has 2+ years of experience assisting patients with drug and alcohol addiction by providing Office Based Outpatient Treatment. She served as the Center Medical Director providing guidance and leadership for the clinical staff.

Dr. Jean Ibric is passionate about being able to deliver the highest quality care to her patients and devoting her time to help them reach their wellness goals. She is looking forward to bringing this model of Direct Primary Care and Concierge Medicine to her community.

Jean enjoys most outdoor activities including camping, hiking, swimming, skiing, and paddle boarding. She loves reading and has been a member of her Book Club for over 20 years. Jean, Rudy and their four grown sons spend time together traveling, pontooning and attending Badger Football and Hockey games.

Lauren Talatzko, MPAS, PA-C

Lauren received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from UW-Milwaukee and completed her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Carroll University in Waukesha, WI. During her clinical training, she traveled to Peru and provided Emergency Medical Services at a rural clinic in the city of Moyobamba. 

Lauren started her career as a PA working in Pain Management. She developed an extensive knowledge of chronic illness and disease management. She is trained in treating chronic pain from both a traditional and holistic approach. 

During her experience working in Pain Management, Lauren developed an awareness of the seriousness of the opioid crisis affecting everyone in our communities. For the past 3 years she has been treating alcohol and opioid abuse with medication-assisted treatment. She is passionate about meeting her patients wherever they are on their journey to wellness. Lauren focuses on providing quality healthcare by taking time to listen and answer questions in order to create a treatment plan tailored to the individual needs of a patient to achieve both physical and mental wellness.

Lauren grew up in Southeastern Wisconsin and enjoys exploring local communities as well as traveling abroad. Her favorite destinations are Spain, Australia, New Zealand, and camping in the Kettle Moraine State Forest. She enjoys reading, watching movies, and loves all dogs.
